Congratulations Dr. Truong!!

A belated post announcing the successful dissertation defense and hooding of Dr. Hanh Truong.  Congrats!  Hanh’s PhD journey is truly inspiring as she navigated restarting her graduate work in a new lab, the ups-and-downs of experiments, and the interruption of a pandemic to become one kick-ass scientist. I am a very proud mentor. The entire lab spent the last few months celebrating all things Hanh. We miss her dearly and look forward to following her journey as a postdoc with Tamara Caspary at Emory University. I hope she enjoys the warmth and sunlight of the south.
